Our Story
In a small restaurant on Chicago's Historic South Side back in 1974,the first Stuffed Pizza was served. It all started with a unique recipe. Not long afterward, stuffed spinach
and stuff zucchini pizzas were created and stunned the pizza world. We knew our pizza was sensational and three years later, in 1977, Chicago Magazine proclaimed our pizza is the best in the city. But the praise for our pizza didn't stop in Chicago. Our reputation spread even further. New York Times said our stuffed pizza is “the ultimate pizza.” And NBC-TV declares Chicago Pasta House's
Pizza “The Best Pizza in America.”
